NOVA STRATEX INTELLIGENCE™
Users of the NOVA STRATEX INTELLIGENCE™ platform
This section applies specifically to individuals who use the NOVA STRATEX INTELLIGENCE™ platform (the "Platform"), made available by NOVA STRATEX to its professional clients (the "Client") and their teams. It complements sections 1 to 8 above, which remain applicable to visitors of novastratex.com.
9.1 What data is collected
- Identification and contact data of the Client's authorized users (name, professional email, role);
- Connection and usage data on the Platform (timestamps, queries submitted to the assistant, technical logs);
- Content uploaded to the Platform by the Client (documents, brand corpus), which remains the exclusive property of the Client.
9.2 Legal basis
This data is processed for the performance of the contract between NOVA STRATEX and the Client, for the provision of the service.
9.3 Who is responsible for this processing
The Client (your employer, if it granted you access to the Platform) is the data controller for this data; NOVA STRATEX acts as a data processor, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with the Client. Any request to exercise your rights should primarily be addressed to your employer; you may also contact us directly at privacy@novastratex.com for any question relating to this section.
9.4 Sub-processors and data hosting
To provide the Platform, NOVA STRATEX relies on a technical partner, AM Web Solutions Ltd (Mauritius), certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, member of the Constellation group. Data hosting is ensured by OVH within the European Union. Teams based outside the European Union may occasionally need to access this data remotely as part of their technical operations; such transfer is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses compliant with GDPR.
9.5 Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the contract between NOVA STRATEX and the Client, then deleted or returned in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
9.6 Your rights as a Platform user
In addition to the rights mentioned in Section 5, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection primarily with your employer (data controller), or contact us directly for any question relating to your use of the Platform.
